Old Fashioned
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz gomme
3 dashes bitters
Pour borbon, add ice & stir, add rest & more ice. Stir, add more ice, serve with an orange twist.
Manhattan
2 oz Bourbon
Dash sweet vermouth
Dash dry vermouth
Stir all w/ ice, strain and serve with a maraschino cherry.
Sidecar
2 oz Bourbon
1/2 oz Cointreau
1 oz lemon juice
Shake loads w/ ice, strain and serve in a cocktail glass with a sugared rim.
Brandy Alexander
1 oz Brandy
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz cream
Shake all w/ice, strain and serve in a cocktail glass with grated nutmeg.
Dry Martini
2 oz Gin / Vodka
Dash dry vermouth
Chill mixer, add Vermouth and stir, drain excess & repeat with spirit. Fine strain. Serve in a cocktail glass with an olive / twist.
Dirrty Martini
2 oz Gin / Vodka
dash dry vermouth
4 olives
Muddle olives in mixing glass. Rest as above.
Bacardi Cocktail
2 oz Bacardi
1 oz lime juice
1/2 oz grenadine
3/4 oz still water
Shake all, fine strain and serve in a cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry.
Mary Pickford
2 oz light rum
1/8 oz luxardo
1/4 oz grenadine
1 3/4 oz pineapple juice
Shake all, fine strain and serve in a cocktail glass with a maraschino cherry.
