My Thai Cooking Weekend
San will start the afternoon at 3pm by bringing you back in time to the wonders of ancient Thailand, educating you on Thai culture & the origins of Thai cooking.
He will then demonstrate the art of making Tom Yamm(traditional soup), Vegetarian Spring Rolls & also his famous Thai Green Curry.
You will have the opportunity to join San's cookalong & make your own Tom Yamm, Spring rolls & Thai Green Curry with help from San whenever you need it.
Finish off this delightful afternoon by sampling your efforts and enjoying each individual dish as created by you!
