One and a half measure of Bacardi 8, one measure of orange Curacao, half measure of oregat syrup, fresh citrus juices, dash of cherry infused bitters. Served over large ice cubes in a traditional tiki glass.
|The Perfect Lady €12.50||Adapted from two different recipes based on Harry Cradocks' White Lady. We use one shot of Tanqueray 10 with Cointreau, peach and hibiscus liquer and egg white. Served in a chilled martini glass. |
|Rapsberry Beret €12.50||One of the Crystal Bar's best tasting cocktails with unique ingredients and sublime texture. Grey Goose Vodka is mixed with muddled raspberries, vanilla cordial and one measure of Sauvignon Blanc. Shaken over ice with egg white and fine strained into a chilled martini glass. |
|Bacardi 8 Old Fashioned €9.75 ||A delicious twist on the ever popular old fashioned. One half part Barcardi 8 year old, Luxardo maraschino liquer and a dash of Peychuads Bitters. |
|The Mojito €9.75||The origins of the Mojito can be traced back to a 16th century drink called 'el draque'. We build our mojitos to perfection. Two measures of Bacardi Superior Rum, mixed with fresh mint leafs, freshly squeezed lime juice and topped up with soda water. |
|Cosmopolitan €12.50||Grey Goose Le Citron Vodka mixed with Cointreau lime juice and cranberry juice. Served in a chilled martini glass. |
|Love Potion No. 8 €12.50||Like Cupid's arrow, Love Potion No. 8 starts the passionate juices flowing and fans the flames of desire. We mix Grey Goose Le Poire with pear puree and fresh raspberries to stimulate your taste buds. |
|Breakfast @ Tiffany's €12.50|| Home made orange marmalade is mixed with fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and one and a half part Grey Goose Le Orange, shaken over ice and served in an extra chilled martini glass. |
|Bloody Mary €10.50||One of the hardest classics to mix but a true test of a pallet. One and a half measures of Finlandia Vodka with crushed organic papaya, celery infused bitters, a dash of port and tabasco sauce. Served tall. |
|The Martini €10.50||Gin or Vodka, shaken or stirred. However you like your martinis we make ours according to the recipe of Dry Martini in Barcelona. One half measure of Gin/Voka, one half measure of Noilly Prat dry vermouth, two dashes of Orange bitters and just a bar spoon of Kewra water to add a twist. |
