Q: How close is The Beacon Hotel to Dundrum Town Centre?
A: We are 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes if you are going at peak traffic times between 8am-9.30am or 5-7pm Monday - Friday. You can walk to the centre and it will take you approx. 25 minutes. Or you can take a taxi which is a short hop depending on the time you are going.
Q: What time does Dundrum Town Centre Open?
A: Shops open at 9am and close at 9pm, Monday to Friday and until 7pm on a Saturday and Sunday. Some shops including Penney's stay open until 9.30pm Monday - Friday.
Q: How much is parking?
A: It costs €3 for the first 3 hours and then €3 per hour for every hour after that, i.e if you are there for 4 hours it will cost you €6 from 8am-6pm. From 6pm-11pm there is a flat charge of €3.00.
Q: Is the centre easy to get around?
A: The shopping centre is pretty big but it is very clear where the shops are once you get your bearings. There are also lots of cafes and restaurants to rest your weary legs if you need to take a break.
